The simple use of paint, can draw the eye of visitors to your downtown.  This concept could be used in  outdoor seating areas, playground equipment in parks, in alleys and a variety of other locations.

While driving past a very small community I noticed something I have not seen before in a city park.  Along with the typical swings, etc. , I noticed that the community had installed a concrete drainage pipe as piece of playground equipment.
