EVEN MANHOLE COVERS HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN YOUR DOWNTOWN

Communities around the world have used manhole covers to create interest in their downtowns.  Probably a good idea to only "enhance" covers that are located in sidewalk areas.  Always conscious of insurance concerns; probably not a great idea to use decorative covers in the middle of the street as a distraction to pedestrians.
